Our Story
C3PM was founded by Levi D. Cipcic, MBA, PMP, with a clear mandate: build a consulting firm that treats execution as a competitive advantage — not an afterthought.
As a PMP-certified program manager, Levi built his career managing enterprise-scale initiatives — including a portfolio of 26 concurrent projects within Microsoft's global networking organization and complex device lifecycle programs spanning international markets. That experience made one thing clear: organizations of every size struggle with the same fundamental challenge. They invest in strategy but underinvest in the management discipline required to execute it. Projects stall. Programs drift. Portfolios become misaligned with the priorities they were designed to serve. C3PM was created to close that gap.
