Privacy Policy
Effective Date: June 22, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how C3PM, LLC ("C3PM," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information collected through www.c-3pm.com (the "Site").
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. The Site offers two types of inquiry forms. Our general Contact Us form sends your submission directly to our internal email inbox and is not stored in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. This form collects your first and last name, title or role, organization, email address, phone number, the nature of your inquiry, and your message. Our service-specific inquiry forms (covering PMaaS, Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management, and general inquiries) create a record in our CRM system. These forms collect, at minimum, your company name, contact name, title, email address, phone number, a brief description of your needs, and your decision timeline. Certain forms also collect additional service-specific details, such as anticipated engagement duration, staffing or skillset needs, and project sponsor information. We do not currently operate a newsletter signup, job application form, or RFP submission form on the Site.
Information collected automatically. Our website platform automatically records certain information about every visitor, regardless of whether a form is submitted. This includes your approximate location (derived from IP address), language and timezone settings, the pages you view, and your visit history. If you later submit a form or otherwise become a known contact, this browsing history may be associated with your name and contact information. Once active, our analytics platform (Google Analytics 4) collects standard aggregate traffic and behavior data, including page views, scroll depth, outbound link clicks, file downloads, video engagement, and whether a form was started or completed. Analytics does not collect the content of any form submission. We have not enabled Google's optional data-sharing features for improving Google's own products, benchmarking, or marketing recommendations. We do not use advertising or retargeting technologies — including the Meta/Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or Google Ads conversion tracking — on the Site. We also do not currently operate live chat tools, online booking or scheduling collection, or e-commerce checkout on the Site.
How We Use Information
We use the information collected to: (a) respond to inquiries and provide requested information; (b) operate, maintain, and improve the Site; (c) send newsletters or marketing communications, where you have opted in; (d) understand Site usage and visitor behavior in aggregate; and (e) comply with legal obligations.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with: (a) service providers who perform functions on our behalf, including website hosting and Google Analytics for site usage measurement, each subject to appropriate confidentiality and data processing terms; (b) professional advisors (legal, accounting) as needed; and (c) as required by law, subpoena, or legal process.
Data Retention
We retain personal information collected through this Site only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy. Inquiry and lead records that do not result in a signed services agreement are reviewed periodically and removed after approximately 24 months of inactivity. Contact information associated with an active or completed client engagement is retained for the duration of the engagement and for a reasonable period thereafter, consistent with our standard business recordkeeping practices, or as required by law. Visitor-level browsing data collected automatically by our hosting platform is periodically deleted in the ordinary course of platform operation.
Cookies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for the Site to operate properly. Others are used for analytics purposes through Google Analytics 4 to help us understand how visitors use the Site. Before any non-essential analytics cookies are set, you will be presented with a cookie banner allowing you to accept or decline their use. You can also manage cookies at any time through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect Site functionality or our ability to measure Site usage.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, delete, or opt out of certain uses of your personal information (for example, under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws). To exercise any such rights, contact us at LeviDCipcic@c-3pm.com.
Children's Privacy
The Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information collected through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
